Beach Huts
- No cooking inside the hut or Barbeques outside of it
- No smoking inside or in the vicinity of the hut
- No overnight occupancy is allowed
- Lost keys will be charged at £20 per set, by the Town Council
- On vacating the beach hut at the end of the period, you must:
- Sweep the floor clean
- Take your rubbish with you
- Return the key to the post box at the office (Chalet No 27)
- If you have a second day booking, please retain the key for that second day
Market Stalls
- You must hold and be able to provide evidence of having £5million Public Liability Insurance to hire a Market Stall.
- This is a condition set by the District Council
- Make sure you have a digital version ready for upload
- You must remove your items at the end of each day hire period. Do not leave items set up overnight
- Erection, dismantling or alteration of your stall is to be done by the approved Town Council vendor only
